Sometimes when we think we're being who our family needs us to be, we unintentionally create a deep conflict within ourselves. This is a problem.

I see this everywhere in compassionate, kind people who just want everyone and everything to be ok.

This summer solstice time has been interesting to say the least! We're on track, planetary-wise, to continue shifting onward and upward into higher dimensional levels of awareness - which means deeper understanding of what is aligned with you (true you, higher self you, unity you).

As I mentioned, over the last few years, the energies of Reiki have become muddled and heavy. There are several reasons for this that I've noticed, that we've covered in other classes recently. I'll share my expanded perspective again during our time together tomorrow.

What else is possible? In the past, peace has spontaneously emerged in the midst of war. We have proof. Humans have transcended old programs and patterns, to be peace. To be joy. To be friendship. To be ONE. It's happened before, however briefly, and it can happen again, for good.

It’s easy to take a look around at all of the divisiveness and separation, illness and fear, and feel disheartened or overwhelmed. Or wonder, “how will we ever become a peaceful, accepting, love-filled human family?”

Whether you observe Christmas or anything else today, it can’t be denied that the energy on the planet is changing, and we’re in a cosmic shift like none of us have experienced before. The influx of light that all on our planet have received over the last several months, building to a new, massive energetic, spiritual upgrade this winter, will continue for the next several years.
