HI, I’M ALYSSA
It all started with seeing dead people and "just knowing" stuff, and not knowing WTHeck was going on.
Growing up in a Southern Baptist family in Louisiana, you might imagine that I felt like a fish out of water. It took a whole bunch of years to fully realize and truly GET that the difference that I am, is the contribution I can be, in the world.
And that every person being the difference that they are, is the KEY. To everything.
Turns out, the things that make us weird, given enough love, transform into our greatest gifts.
My life has been spirit- and consciousness-focused since I wandered onto the earth plane. I've been healing, conversing with folks beyond this dimension, and facilitating shift with myself and others for as long as I can remember.
My natural awareness of what I call our "bio-spiritual reference points", how we heal, and how we reclaim more of who we really are, has motivated and overlit my path.
One of the gifts that I've rediscovered as I become more and more of me, is that even though sometimes uncertainty or change sparks a little ‘something’ somewhere deep inside of us, we all have an opportunity to utilize the quantum that ‘something’ actually is, to create and transform into something else. Alter the program. Flip the script. Choose differently.
One of my gifts is to naturally facilitate that energetic alchemy. I share it with people in all kinds of ways, personally and professionally. I also know now that sharing who I am with you isn’t blowing my own horn, it’s acknowledging me. Not hiding. That was a biggie.

For those who value certifications and accreditations, my path has led me through certifications in Hypnosis, NLP, Time Line Therapy, and Life Coaching. I'm also a Certified Heart Math Professional Trainer.
I’m a member of the Association for Spiritual Integrity, and was selected for Bob Olson’s Best Psychic Directory.
I formerly taught Reiki for over 20 years, however, I'm no longer affiliated or attuned to Reiki. For details on that shift, read this post.

Last summer, Zack and I made the (interesting?) choice to move into our RV full-time. 200 square feet with 2 full-size adults and 2 dogs. "It'll be fun", we said, "what an adventure" we said. lol. Seriously though, it actually HAS been super fun, and every day is an adventure, RV or no RV. In 200 square feet, it's a good thing we all like each other. Stay tuned!
WHAT I’M loving
Sugar-free dark chocolate peanut butter cups. Like, a lot. Watching people light up with awareness. Choice. Having soul sisters. Being mom to an adult man. The freedom that comes from being a grown-ass woman. Our sweet pups, Bodhi and Sammy Jane. Sooo in love with these babies!
WHAT I’M learning
That saying "I don't know" is a copout. That some people aren't on the planet to expand their awareness or to be love, and that's ok. That as soon as you write a book and it gets published, it's outdated and you want to rewrite the whole thing.
WHAT I’M not about
Judgment, but you probably knew that already. Cold plunges. Caring what time it is. Wearing uncomfortable heels. Wearing anything uncomfortable, actually. Future pacing. Self abandonment. Complaining.
WHAT I know
That living with a psychic medium and consciousness facilitator is not for wimps. That bodies are miraculous, beautiful, strong, conscious beings. That love is the master transformer. That every being is already 100% empowered, just in various stages of becoming aware of it.
