All sessions are held live on Zoom (camera optional), with each gathering beginning at 1:00pm Central from January 28 – February 1, 2026. Live presence is encouraged, though replays are available for integration.

live session replays, your five audio transmissions, and your five integration prompts.Replays are uploaded within 24 hours and carry the harmonic imprint of the session, supporting continued recalibration and gentle reinforcement between days.
